E-Mail Management

In the Dashboard view, a brief information to the REDDOXX E-Mail Appliance is given.
The REDDOXX E-Mail Appliance covers archiving, anti-spam, virus protection and E-Mail encryption.

Here all Appliances for your organization are listed, as well as inactive Appliances (with "Show inactive appliances" checkbox).
When you click on a Appliance, you will be able to see the License Overview and the assigned license numbers.
With the gearwheel next to the Appliance details you can:

  • Manage Licenses: to add a new license / subscription
  • Manage CISS: to change the CISS Theme(s)
    In The CISS Layouts area, you can edit the REDDOXX default theme or create new themes.
    There are 5 different Layouts available to choose from.
    Select the Layout that fits your need and adjust the Theme Logo as well as the different Areas (width or height, color, fonts and background images).
    Add or adjust the languages used for the theme and provide the Introduction, Error and Thanks messages.
    Configure your Images (these are the Images that are part of the challenge, they need an instruction for your configured languages (e.g. Click the blue box)
    and a configured grid (this has to mark the area where the user has to click on, in order to complete the challenge).
    Save the settings and use the "Show the result" Button in the Layout View to check if everything is configured correctly.

The Product Configurator can be used to configure and order a REDDOXX E-MAIL Appliance.

The following left view panels are only available if you are selected as Reseller for one or more REDDOXX E-Mail Appliance.

Shows news that are important to reseller accounts.

Lists your customers and allows you to create an export of all of your customers.
When you click on one of your customer, all customers appliances will be shown.

Customers that are running out of subscription will be shown here.
You can extend the subscription with the menu right beside the organization.
